Marcos appealed in the Supreme Court For an honest Recount.

naghain ng petisyon si Marcos sa Supreme Court na umaakto rin bilang Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) na i-inhibit si Caguioa sa kanyang nakabinbin na election protest. “Maliwanag na maliwanag na atleast at the household of Justice Caguioa, that they were working against me,” pahayag ni Marcos sa media.

Hindi aniya lingid sa kaalaman ng lahat na si Caguioa ay kababata ni Aquino at magkaklase sila mula elementarya hanggang kolehiyo. Noong pangulo pa aniya si Aquino ay itinalaga niya si Caguioa bilang Chief Presidential Legal Counsel, Justice Secretary at justice sa Korte Suprema.

“Sumusobra na at hindi na namin nakikita na makaktaanggap kami ng katarungan kung si Justice Caguioa pa rin ang in-charge sa kaso,” sabi pa ng dating senador.
